Why aren't Claude Chat and Cowork supported by this plugin?
Currently, only Claude Code mode is supported in this beta version. Support for additional Claude application features, such as Claude Cowork, are planned for future updates.
Why do I see a duplicate Claude Code session the first time I open one from my MX Keypad or Creative Console?
The first time you open a Claude Code session from your device, Claude Desktop may show a duplicate session alongside the real one. This is a known issue on Anthropic’s side. See: Anthropic issue 80773
Why does Claude Desktop only show the first step of a multi-step prompt?
When you send a multi-step prompt from your Creative Console, the device can show each step as it completes. In Claude Desktop, only the first step may appear, while later steps do not show. This is a known limitation.
Why doesn’t a new live session appear on my MX Keypad or Creative Console?
Your device can show up to 16 session tiles at a time. If old idle sessions are still occupying those slots, a new live session may not appear until space is freed.
